Andrews Living Arts Studio is a fully equipped studio / performance / gallery space available for performances, art exhibits, video and film screening, corporate meetings, fashion shows, and special events. Advance notice with deposit required
BLACK BOX PERFORMANCE AND EXHIBIT SPACE:
Stage: 12’ X 24’ – elevated with plywood/homesote decking; full black velour drapery;
Seating: 50 (flexible/modular)
Dressing Room: 10’ make-up tables with theatrical lighting and wall mirrors (direct access to the stage)
Box Office: for use by your staff
Lighting: dimmer board with leko-lights and fresnels (gel available for purchase)
Sound: amplifier and speakers for use with your laptop
Patio: located directly behind the seating area; a private, outdoor assembly area with atmosphere lighting, bar, tables and chairs
Lobby: waiting area with seating
Retail Glass Showcases: 2 @ 24” X 60” with small refrigerator for refreshment sales, T-shirts, and other products
Walls: finished in flat black throughout with hangers for wall art; may be decorated to suit your event
PERSONNEL:
Tech Director: a member of our staff who is available to you to insure that your event will run smoothly and with a theatrical “flair”
STUDIO SPECS:
Separate Studio space: 16’ X 16’ with private entrance/exit and full black velour drapery
Furniture: 2 @ 30” X 8’ conference tables and 2 @ 30” X 72” conference tables, with folding chairs or executive chairs available for your meetings; Wifi internet access
Library: fully functional loan center with 100’s of scripts, scores, and theatrical resource materials available for loan with membership
Costume Warehouse: complete inventory available for rental; special “character” actors also available
PARKING: parking is FREE in front of the theatre on NW 5th St. after 6 pm daily and on weekends; parking is always free around the corner on NW 1st Ave.
