MEET THE STAFF
ROBERT D. NATION (Artistic Director/ Executive Producer/Acting Instructor) is a native New Yorker and an
Educational Theatre professional, with over 30 years of experience training actors and directing live theatrical productions. He holds degrees in theatre from Rowan University and Villanova University. He has guided the careers of children, teens, college students and adults, who have worked on Broadway and in Hollywood and produced touring companies comprised of young people who have traveled from the Northeast with their shows to London, Los Angeles, Florida, Hawaii and the Bahamas. His broad range of talents include directing over 50 musicals and 150 straight plays, designing & building costumes, coaching interscholastic debate and mock trial, and is himself, a performer & playwright. Mr. Nation created and nurtured one of the most respected and successful high school theatre programs in the northeast for over 30 years and was recently honored by the Paper Mill Playhouse as the Best Director of Musicals in N.J. schools. Mr. Nation and his wife recently decided to return to Florida where they purchased his parents former vacation home in Fort Lauderdale. Get to know Bob via this great video!
CLAYTON D. STULTS (Production Manager) is originally from Rockford, Ill. where he was first introduced to theatre in high school. After playing the role of Jacob Marley in A Christmas Carol, he was sold on the performing arts. Upon graduation he apprenticed in the New American Theatre as the costume and wardrobe assistant manager while pursuing acting lessons. Subsequently, he acted in their New Playwright’s Festival. His passion lead him to Chicago where he worked behind the scenes as Properties Master at the Boxer Rebellion Theatre. Since moving to Florida, he discovered Andrews Living Arts Studio and has resumed his study of acting. He is thankful to Bob Nation and looks forward to playing “Riff Raff” in the upcoming ALA Production of The Rocky Horror Show in October.
